Gorgeous cottage nestled in the hillside next to a small creek. Our dogs loved the fenced-in side yard and we loved the hot tub. Convenient location to downtown Brevard, Pisgah National Forest, and Dupont State Forest. |

We've now stayed at several of the Sams' homes in Pisgah and this was another positive experience! House was clean, cozy, and temperate, kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy, hot tub evenings were dreamy, neighbors were quiet, dog area is fenced and full of interesting smells! We try not to turn on the TV on vacation, but I must confess we also had a blast one afternoon engaging in a very competitive Wii bowling tournament! Since recently each being vaccinated against Covid, we got a little more adventurous with our outings this time--eating and drinking our way thru downtown Brevard one afternoon, a traditional stop at Sideways Brewery, and a beautiful waterfall hike in Dupont Forest yesterday. |

We enjoyed our stay at Babbling Brook cottage. The hot tub was especially enjoyable. We enjoyed the little fireplace, especially during the chilly times. We wish the weather had been warmer so we could have hung out on the porches more often. The babbling brook nearby was soothing to watch and hear. We'd definitely stay again. |

Absolutely loved this place, the kitchen was stocked and the hot tub and porches were amazing. Wifi was in and out a few times, but it nothing a quick reset wouldn’t fix. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. |

Everything you need in one place! Great decor, comfortable furniture and bed, well stocked kitchen supplies, washer/dryer! Close to great hikes and several waterfalls. Gorgeous porches to relax on. Definitely one of our nicest air b&b’s. |

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The hot tub was awesome way to be able to be outdoors with the chilly weather. Everything was super clean when we arrived. Loved how close it was to hiking in Brevard. Hope to visit again when the weather is a little warmer so we can have breakfast on the beautiful porch overlooking the babbling brook. |

Very nice and well kept. Clean and worth every penny. If you want something secluded and very private, this is not it. However it is exactly as described. Communication was perfect with the contacts and I highly recommend. |
