The stay was absolutely amazing. The home is much cozier than the pictures appear. Everything was clean and well organized, getting in the house was very easy and it ended with a very relaxing night. |

It is a nice, clean, cozy place. I thought it was closer to Brevard but that is my fault for not paying close enough attention to the drive time. Having said that, I would stay there again. It was really comfortable and clean. |

Phenomenal stay! The proximity to Hendersonville and Brevard was very convenient. The location was ideal for our interests, biking and hiking. I can't say enough about the quality of the cabin. We stayed at DuPont Cottage to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The cottage was perfect for us and our 2 young adult daughters. We had everything we needed - from cake-making supplies to toiletries to comfy lounging spaces. Beds were comfortable and everything was very well-kept. Only wish our schedules would have allowed us to stayed longer! |

Loved our stay! If you are sensitive to perfume smells, you may have issues with the air fresheners. We simply unplugged them during our stay and it was fine. Excellent get away!! Wouldn’t have changed a thing!! |

Second time booking for a work related project. Would rather book here than a hotel any day. Pros: washer/dryer, comfortable beds, ample closet & drawer space, smart TVs, quiet & peaceful, great sized front patio to watch rain, felt safe, privacy respected, was convenient, two good sized bedrooms, toiletries provided. This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4 (2 month old and 2 yr old). We loved playing in the big bath tub, appreciated the kitchen supplies including coffee available, and loved having a washer/dryer accessible. Nearby DuPont forest where we hiked and appreciated the waterfalls. Looking forward to staying again. |

David's spot was private & off the beaten path in such a beautiful location of Asheville. We enjoyed large TVs in every room and super comfortable beds.Never ran out of toiletries & loved the cabin interiors. Would highly recommend. |

Beautiful tiny home located as close as you can get to DuPont State Forest. Great communication with the host, and was better than the pictures indicate. A++++ for cleanliness. Only suggestion is to follow the directions provided by the host, my GPS took us to another address. |

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! Loved the location, super convenient to hiking and just a peaceful place to getaway! The kids books and dishes were a plus. Upon arrival the cabin was 53 degrees which was unexpected. Thankfully the wall heater helped to heat it up fairly quickly. We also noticed the vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned (very dusty). There aren’t ceiling fans in the bedrooms and there also isn’t a dishwasher. Lastly, the extended check-out cleaning process was a little surprising and challenging for us with young kids. We did overall have a good stay here but I’m not positive we would stay again just based on our family and our preferences. |

So close to all the places we wanted to see! All the falls , food and sites. We even came upon a really big and beautiful apple farm called Jeter Mountain. The little house is roomier than the photos imply. Clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully! We will return. |

David was very responsive to any messages and the Cottage was exactly as described. Very peaceful! The neighbors were all very kind and we loved our visits from their cats and dogs. We will definitely stay here again when we return. |

We loved staying in this cottage. We had everything we needed, period. Besides food of course. Wi Fi worked, tv worked, dvd worked and easy enough to figure out. The washer/dryer are set back in a corner so don't take up space, are quiet, and were so nice to have since it was raining when we were there. Lots of storage space so you can actually unpack. Very clean. New construction. LOVED IT! |

This cottage was absolutely perfect! It was spotless when we arrived. We had planned a mini vacation with some plans to do some cycling. The location is great, we were able to ride to some great spots from the cottage. It is also Close to some of the wonderful waterfalls in the area also which we visited. We would definitely come back to this place as we loved it! |

Extremely clean cabin. Very well made with quality parts. Good water pressure. Good tasting water. The air conditioning was great. My husband and I planned a hiking and mountain biking trip in DuPont State Park and this place was 5-10 minutes from our starting points. We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful the cabin was and how close to DuPont it was. Great stay and memorable vacation. |
