David's cabin is absolutely wonderful! Surrounded by trees on a peaceful street. Only a few minutes drive to some of the best waterfalls in DuPont! Easy to get in to town for supplies. The cabin was super clean and fully stocked. We had no problem with the very simple check-out instructions. We look forward to staying again soon! |

Location was far from traffic & quiet, but close to local attractions (State Parks, waterfalls, Hendersonville.) We enjoyed the local produce stand & porch swing! Like the Three Bears, seating was either too hard (kitchen area) or too soft (living room area.) Hosts were excellent. |

This little cabin was perfect for a weekend away near DuPont State Forest. We were able to easily visit the forest and get some hiking in before the crowds and then rest during the warmest part of the day before heading back out for the evening. The cabin is exactly as described with everything you need! |

This was a great place to stay - I especially enjoyed the cabin’s location & peaceful natural surroundings. it was the perfect space to just unwind & enjoy a quiet week of relaxation. The kitchen & bathroom were both well-appointed with modern amenities. I specifically took advantage of the huge smart TV in the living room area to binge-watch Landman.Master bedroom mattress was comfortable, & everything else was more than satisfactory. The in-wall propane heater was handy for warming the place up when I arrived in a 12-degree night, but then the tank ran out prematurely - not a deal breaker by any means though.David was very responsive in answering all of my initial 20 questions about the property. I def. appreciated his patience in that process.Overall a fantastic space which I look forward to visiting again! |

This was my second time staying at this property and it is lovely — if you’re interested, I’d recommend booking. That said, I was let down by the communication with the owner this time around. The water to this cabin runs on a well and was having issues during our Thanksgiving stay. I understand these things happen, but I would have appreciated better communication from the owners around what was going on and if/how it would be resolved. I believe I’ve reviewed this cabin before and given in 5 stars… the only reason I’m not doing that again is, unfortunately, only due to communication leaving something to be desired. |

Our host was great, we had an emergency in the family and they let me change my dates with no hesitation. My wife and I stayed for a week and hated having to leave.
