The view in January was fantastic. The last bit of road up to the cabin is narrow with a hairpin turn to get in the driveway. I wouldn't recommend driving your Dually up here. My Sorento did just fine. It is steep. All the essentials for bathing, cooking, cleaning up were convenient. The linens were a little confusing when we made the beds as far as what sheets they want where. It was worth it to get the discount, though. Easy check in and check out. Love, love, LOVED! having the hot tub for relaxing and enjoying the views. Fireplace was easy gas logs once you find the knobs lower front center. Great ambience! Thanks for a great open space and 2 bedrooms, accommodations for pets is a nice touch. (We had NO pets). I think my friend used a water dish for her salsa, lol! Good times. |

For one of the cheaper options, I would highly recommend this place. It’s at one of the highest points compared to some of the other cabins, which we enjoyed. Safe, cozy, and clean, I would 100% stay here again. |

This is our second stay at Wild Rock. The cabin is perfect for what we need. The kitchen is well stocked, we enjoy the fireplace and the hot tub. It seems a little less private with the completion of the large home below. But, still private enough. The cabin is close enough to several towns. We spent time in Brevard, Hendersonville, Etowah and even drove to Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Dillsboro. (Last year we went to Greenville, SC also). We visited a few waterfalls...Looking Glass, Hooker Falls, Triple Falls and High Falls. The owner is very responsive to questions. I love that the cleaning fees for the property are reasonable as compared to other places I've seen. And, I love that the owners give you the option of a lower fee by doing just a fee simple things before you leave...things I'd do anyway for the most part. |

Perfect little cottage, great for a weekend getaway in the mountains! Close to brevard, Hendersonville and hiking. Great hot tub and nice deck with gate for our dogs. Would absolutely recommend Wild Rock Cottage. |

Love the location! It was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw a white squirrel. It is nice to stay between Hendersonville and Brevard. We were able to visit both towns and the farms and produce stands between them. The house is comfortable and spacious. Living room furniture needs updating, but that’s my only complaint. |

Beautiful and cozy home with a great ambiance! We loved staying here. The hot tub was such a bonus! Everything was perfect with the home! Unfortunately, while we were in town we thought ubering would be possible since rental cars were pretty pricey. Don’t be like us! Spend the money on a rental and avoid the headache! We ended up paying a busboy at 185 king street to get back to the house haha Everything else was perfect! |

I really enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin. It was tucked away on a private hill surrounded by trees and white squirrels. The hot tub was amazing, the cabin was comfortable, and we found so much to do in the surrounding area. I would love to visit again. Thank you for our stay! Definitely recommend this small town and cabin. Maybe one day I can move to NC. It was that special of a place. |

Place was great. Had a homey rustic feel. Mostly secluded and peaceful. The big selling point is the hot tub! It was nice to sit outside and just chill in the tub. Surprisingly there were no bugs! There is also a small grill on the property, if you want to cook out. The place was centrally located to a lot of things we had planned. If you want great, authentic Mexican food, I recommend the Taqueria Mexico #2. Its only 10 minutes away and its delicious!! |

Overall, the stay was good. The cleanliness of the outside spaces was not great; tables and other areas were not wiped down. I need to contact the host for the entry information, e.g. code. Once I called, they were pleasant, but it would have been better if I had called earlier prior to our arrival. |

Really enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and how close we were to some of the mountain trails. The road and driveway to access the house are a bit steep and tricky to navigate at first but we got used to it by the end. |
