The property is great, exactly as advertised and perfect for three adults, a child and a border collie. Location is convenient but not constantly bothered by traffic. Room for the dog to stretch her legs outside. Will look here first next time we are in the area. |

Overall, the cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was overwhelming smell of Fabulosa cleaning solution when we first arrived, had to let the cabin air out for several hours! By end of our stay we realized that it was probably due to trying to get rid of the musty odor that had come back into the space. You may want to look into finding source of musty odor and eliminating that rather than trying to just mask it with overwhelming cleaning smell! Other than that, it was wonderful! |

We had a great stay at Bear Rentals! It was so nice especially because they welcomed our 3 dogs! It’s very hard to find a place that will accommodate more than 2. Going into the trip, I figured the home might smell/look like dogs have stayed. I was wrong! The home smelt lovely, the sheets and blankets smelt fresh, and the floor/furniture was spotless. We also very much enjoyed the fenced in side yard for the dogs to run around! Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially if you’re bringing your pups. If we ever venture back to Hendersonville, we would definitely want to stay at David’s place! |

This was my second time staying at this property and it is lovely — if you’re interested, I’d recommend booking. That said, I was let down by the communication with the owner this time around. The water to this cabin runs on a well and was having issues during our Thanksgiving stay. I understand these things happen, but I would have appreciated better communication from the owners around what was going on and if/how it would be resolved. I believe I’ve reviewed this cabin before and given in 5 stars… the only reason I’m not doing that again is, unfortunately, only due to communication leaving something to be desired. |

My wife and I plus our 2 small pups spent 10 days here for the Fall colors and waterfalls. This was our fourth stay at this cabin. It has everything that you could possibly need to feel right at home including a hot tub. We’re so happy to have found this property. It was perfect for our three big dogs who don’t wander. It is close by too. We have 5 fenced in acres at our home in Ohio, but hardly any yard at all here in Horse Shoe, NC. I was told about Sniff Spot by word of mouth. I thought “what a fantastic idea!” We are looking forward to exploring other properties as well as returning to the one we used today. |
