The cottage is as described-Comfortable, clean and well stocked with basic kitchen needs and seasonings.Communication was outstanding. Check in was a beeeze. Nice to soak in hot tub after hiking. Relaxing on the 3 different porches, especially the back one where you can hear the babbling brook, was a treat.I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything |

Absolutely gorgeous landscape! Plenty of space for our pup to run and swim! Would absolutely recommend! We couldn't get the gate lock to work (likely user error), so we followed the alternate instructions and walked around it! Easy to find and so worth your time! |

The cabin was excellent all the way around! Very close to our family that live in Brevard and to Pisgah National Forest. I especially appreciated the well stocked dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, bath soap, towels and trash bags. We will definitely rent one of your cabins again, as we realized you own all the ones around there. Thanks so much! |

This is our second visit here and we will be back! The hosts are gracious and pickup trash and make sure the hot tub was clean. There is a lot to do in the area and we plan on returning every summer and maybe try a visit in the fall. |

This was our first BNB rental so we didn’t know what to expect. The home was exactly as described - maybe even better. The outdoor space was amazing and perfect for our dogs. David was super responsive and helpful when we needed to add something to our rental agreement. This stay definitely solidified our confidence in the Airbnb market as a whole. I would recommend this host and location to anyone! |

This was exactly as advertised and a great place to let your dog run on level ground with access to the river. There was good shade and the bottomlands were mowed so walking was easy and quite lovely. |

This was a great place for me and my pup, and I had everything I needed for an extended stay. It might be helpful for some to know that the kitchen and main bedroom, and main living room, are located up a flight of stairs (for some that might be problematic). It is an older, rustic type of place, reminiscent of a hunting cabin in the woods, but for a nature lover it was fantastic. The second floor porch is covered and shaded all day long, and the cottage and neighborhood are surrounded by large trees and forest, but access to main roads (hiking, biking, Brevard, Hendersonville etc) is easy. Wifi is strong, and there are two smart TVs with free television included for those who don't use streaming services. David and his caretaker team were great, I highly recommend. |

The spot is hard to find. The small sign is overgrown and easy to miss. The padlock for the gate took some work to open. The space itself is quite large with excellent water access. Apparently construction work with heavy equipment and industrial bonfires also occur at the same time when you book so be aware. |

Place was great. Had a homey rustic feel. Mostly secluded and peaceful. The big selling point is the hot tub! It was nice to sit outside and just chill in the tub. Surprisingly there were no bugs! There is also a small grill on the property, if you want to cook out. The place was centrally located to a lot of things we had planned. If you want great, authentic Mexican food, I recommend the Taqueria Mexico #2. Its only 10 minutes away and its delicious!! |

Loved our time in the Kanto House. Perfect location for a getaway to hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway. We saw some of Brevard’s famed white squirrels right in the neighborhood (after driving around the local college and park for an hour!) The kitchen is fully updated, and there’s a docking station for your Nintendo Switch in the living room. Loved the quirky gaming design elements throughout the house. Would gladly stay here again if I ever make it back to North Carolina/Brevard! |
