This spot is perfect for letting dogs explore and jump in the water. It’s closed off enough that I didn’t feel like I needed to worry about my dog running somewhere she shouldn’t. I would suggest having good verbal control over your dog as there are some water areas that I didn’t want her getting into and there is a road close enough that you really don’t want your dog sprinting in that direction. |

My dog had an absolute blast!! He loved zooming down to the water, running back up the incline, then weaving through the trees. He worse himself out quick! It’s clear that there’s some construction happening on the property but there were no other people around during our visit. |

Any time we're in Brevard, we stay at Babbling Brook or at another Bear8 property. They're always very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hot tub was rejuvinating after a long day of hiking and our dogs loved the fully-fenced side yard. We love this property and we can't wait to return! |

It is spacious with alot of trees so it's easy to see your dog. The French broad borders one side so he can't get away. A great spot with trails and diverse terrain. Well be going back! |

Super cute cottage that was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The temps were too cold for us to be outside much, but the hot tub was still enjoyable. We will be back in warmer weather to enjoy hanging out on one of the porches listening to that babbling brook! |
