Lots of room for the pups to roam and explore. Only one good entrance to the river for the dogs to swim but it was a nice little cove, so we didn’t have to worry about the current. Two happy pups for sure |

The Falling Water Cabin is in an ideal spot to get to Pisgah and to various other amenities for anything you may have forgotten at home. It was great for us two, our 10-year-old and our big fur baby. We loved being able to open up the doors and let that wonderful mountain air flow through the living space. Nestled in the trees and by the stream, the temperature stayed a wonderful mountain cool that you can't find anywhere else. I must say that sitting on the porch, overlooking the stream was my favorite part; so relaxing. While the porch was my favorite, the hot tub was our 10-year-olds favorite! I think she would've turned into a fish if we didn't set a timer. We enjoyed our stay! |

We loved staying in this cottage. We had everything we needed, period. Besides food of course. Wi Fi worked, tv worked, dvd worked and easy enough to figure out. The washer/dryer are set back in a corner so don't take up space, are quiet, and were so nice to have since it was raining when we were there. Lots of storage space so you can actually unpack. Very clean. New construction. LOVED IT! |

We chose this property for a kid-free week while the children were at a nearby summer camp. The property itself is wonderful and features many updates, super comfortable beds, abundant towels and some nice touches that we happen to appreciate such as quiet-close toilets and an ice maker. And the hot tub is great for helping with the aches if you've overdone the hiking. The location is ideal for accessing all the waterfall hikes the region is known for, and there are ample choices for dining and entertainment within a 15-20 minute drive. We loved it and hope to be back! |

This was such a relaxing place w/ cute bear theme throughout. Very clean & well stocked:toilet paper, paper towels even spices! It rained for 4 days we were there & still had strong internet & cable. Hot tub was also enjoyable. Would recommend highly, even our dogs liked the fenced in yard. |

Awesome spot to run or swim! Google maps will tell you to turn into the opposite side of the street from where the property is. Easy directions if you pay attention to what the host added to the listing info. |

Great location! We stayed here a week while our kids were in a nearby summer camp. It was ideal for remote work (no problems with wifi). Then we'd hit the trails around 4-5pm. Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest are so close. We did every waterfall hike. The fenced backyard was so convenient for our dog. Easy to let her straight out from the house from 2 different doors. The three porches were great extension of the living space. The hot tub was well-maintained and enjoyable to relax in and watch the sunset. We'd definitely stay here again. |

The house was newly refurbished and very nice. So cute inside. The location was perfect! We even saw one of the Brevard White Squirrels in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. |

We had so much fun! Pup loved zooming in the fields, sniffing in the woods, and splashing in the riverbed. Make sure your dog has good recall & is not a flight risk before taking them off leash here, as there is no fencing. Overall a very fun adventure. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you! |

Place was beautiful, clean and smelled really great. Kitchen had nice appliances and nice plates/cups/cutlery. Bathroom/bedrooms and kitchen were all very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and really convenient to downtown Brevard and other local sites. It was exactly as described. David responded quickly to any emails and instructions were clear. We will be back! |

We loved our stay at Babbling Brook Cottage. It is in a beautiful area, nestled into the trees. The brook in the back was great to explore or just sit in peace on the back porch reading. The hot tub was great to be able to relax after a long day of exploring. The cabin is well kept, clean and gives all the amenities to feel home away from home. |

This cottage was absolutely perfect! It was spotless when we arrived. We had planned a mini vacation with some plans to do some cycling. The location is great, we were able to ride to some great spots from the cottage. It is also Close to some of the wonderful waterfalls in the area also which we visited. We would definitely come back to this place as we loved it! |

We loved the rustic and cozy cottage and the babbling brook alongside. The deck where we ate so that we could hear the water was lovely and the house was equipped for cooking with a full kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, the cottage nicely ensconced in the wood.We would normally want to return here because of the charm and sweet surroundings, but had one real problem . In four different Airbnb's with hot tubs, we never had any difficulty with the hot tub. This one, though, was so heavily chlorinated that just sitting in it made our eyes sting; the smell was also overwhelming. Hopefully, this is something that can be rectified -- if you are avid hikers, you need that hot tub to soothe sore muscles!Otherwise, we did enjoy this little cottage. |

Dogs absolutely loved it! Will definitely have to come back. Just be aware that an occasional kayak/SUP may be coming down the river. Wear outdoor shoes because the shore can be muddy. |

Very peaceful and relaxing stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the balcony surrounded by nature & the neighborhood was very quiet and secluded. We also loved the use of the hot tub!! The only 2 complaints we really had were that the beds were super uncomfortable and we got yelled at by one of the neighbors before 9:30 pm on one of the nights we were there for playing board games outside (I’m pregnant and can’t even drink and we weren’t being that loud). So I would recommend possibly looking elsewhere if you enjoy spending time outside after dark. Other than that everything was great! Definitely worth the price we paid and check in/out was a breeze |

Great place to stay. It was quiet, private and peaceful. We appreciated the fenced area for the dogs so we didn’t have to worry about them wandering off and enjoyed the hot tub at night. The only thing we wish we had known beforehand was how sharp the turn is getting in the driveway. We were going to bring a trailer with us and were glad we decided not to because we would have had a difficult time getting in the driveway with it. Other than wishing we had known that, we were very happy with the place! |

Extremely clean cabin. Very well made with quality parts. Good water pressure. Good tasting water. The air conditioning was great. My husband and I planned a hiking and mountain biking trip in DuPont State Park and this place was 5-10 minutes from our starting points. We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful the cabin was and how close to DuPont it was. Great stay and memorable vacation. |

Everything was perfect ! I’ve been to Air BNB’s where they supplied just one day of necessities such as garbage bags, tissue, dishwashing supplies and you had to get the rest. So I’m always prepared ! Sheeessh! I could have left everything at home ????. The place is well stocked! The towels are 9/10 too! Beds are extremely comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the patio area! Even has Bluetooth speakers out there for your music enjoyment. My boys loved the theme of the house ! First thing that they did was take pics and videos and showed their friends ????. We went two days in a row to Pisgah forest . BEAUTIFUL. |

We had an amazing time at the Wild Rock cabin. The setting was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Everything was clean. We were close to Hendersonville and Brevard. We enjoyed hiking and exploring many waterfalls in the area. It was a great place to stay! |
