My mom keeps bringing me here and I keep finding new corners to explore! There are so many hidden trials that a reactive boy like me don't usually have access too. There's a river to drink from and drip my toes in (Give a guy a break, I'm not used to a current!). Mom won't let me off my long leash yet because there's a couple of openings near the road but dogs who listen better than me would be in heaven. Can't wait to see what trail I find next time! |

Love the location! It was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw a white squirrel. It is nice to stay between Hendersonville and Brevard. We were able to visit both towns and the farms and produce stands between them. The house is comfortable and spacious. Living room furniture needs updating, but that’s my only complaint. |

This is a great spot! Open grassy areas, beautiful trees, water access. Once you go down the gravel road it opens up into a big open area to explore. We’ll be back! |

Beautiful and cozy home with a great ambiance! We loved staying here. The hot tub was such a bonus! Everything was perfect with the home! Unfortunately, while we were in town we thought ubering would be possible since rental cars were pretty pricey. Don’t be like us! Spend the money on a rental and avoid the headache! We ended up paying a busboy at 185 king street to get back to the house haha Everything else was perfect! |

I really enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin. It was tucked away on a private hill surrounded by trees and white squirrels. The hot tub was amazing, the cabin was comfortable, and we found so much to do in the surrounding area. I would love to visit again. Thank you for our stay! Definitely recommend this small town and cabin. Maybe one day I can move to NC. It was that special of a place. |

Lovely small cabin nestled on the side of the mountain with a small stream just out back. The hot tub was wonderful and the area was very peaceful and quiet. The bear carvings were really cool and it’s just a short trip to town when you need something. The showers are kinda small and the water pressure could be better. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We will go again. LOVED IT |

Our host was great, we had an emergency in the family and they let me change my dates with no hesitation. My wife and I stayed for a week and hated having to leave. After my original plans to go to the beach fell through, I made a last-minute change and went to my happy place, otherwise known as Brevard, NC for a mountain biking trip. The Kanto house was a very clean property, with nice, updated appliances, and a clean bathroom. Despite the closeness of the homes in that neighborhood (all the neighborhoods up there) it was very quiet. It was super convenient to town, and a close drive to Pisgah. I didn't take my pups with me, but it has a big, fenced in back yard for them to run had I brought them. Highly recommend the Kanto house! |

The serene surroundings provided a perfect escape, with the added joy of seeing deer right outside, which thrilled the kids! The cabin itself was impeccably maintained and offered a wealth of amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the beauty of nature. The on-site laundry facilities were a convenient touch, and we greatly appreciated the thoughtful provision of essentials like coffee and toilet paper. David’s place is excellently appointed with a large kitchen, cozy and comfortable living room, and very comfortable beds. The large backyard has great seating on a large deck. The front porch is also a great spot for morning coffee. Perfect for our group of 4. |
