We loved our stay at this property! The house was even better than the pictures. So quaint and cozy, so welcoming. The view off the porch was the best spot to bird watch and relax. It was a perfect location for all our hiking and mountain biking needs, short distance to downtown Hendersonville and Brevard for shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day in the trails. Highly recommend!! |

We arrived on a late Thursday afternoon (which was added at the last minute,quick answer on availability.We enjoyed this location so much….creek was amazing to look at and listen to,home was clean and very easy to find. We enjoyed the surrounding area including Pisgah and the parkway. Hope to come again as we really didn’t want to leave |

We stayed at the cottage for an entire week while mountain biking in Dupont and Pisgah. The place was clean and met our needs and is well situated between the two parks. It’s a cute little place and is cozy and perfect for a couple or a small family. I deducted a star bc the house does not have a dining table inside (listing says there is one), just a picnic table outside, so inside you have to eat at the kitchen counter or the small decorative table or in front of the TV and folks who value family time may not like that. |

Great place for Mother's Day weekend with my husband and I and my parents! Peaceful, beautiful area, we all enjoyed sitting on the balcony, hanging out in the game room, cooking and eating together. Good hiking close by. |

We had a comfortable stay. The big backyard was great for our fur kid. We were a little surprised with the dogs next door. They were out the whole time we were there. Great detail to the Nintendo theme. Kitchen had a lot of space. |

We had a wonderful stay. David was very responsive. The location and setting were perfect. 15 min to DuPont, 30 to Pisgah, and 45 to Gorges. House surrounded by trees in a quiet setting. I appreciated the dog friendly touches. Clean and cozy place to stay. |

We had 4 people total during our stay, and our puppers. The scenery was wonderful! The area was very quiet and welcoming, and I felt completely safe leaving my 16 year old and her 11 year old brother at the residence while my fiancé and I had to work later into the evening on the first night of our stay. Being able to come back to the house and relax in the well maintained hot tub was the icing on the cake. David was on time with his responsiveness to the one question I had and made me feel nothing less than welcome. If I am in the area again, I will be looking to try and book another one of his properties. I seriously did not want to leave this one when it was time to go. It felt like home by day 2. |

Place was very clean and convenient downtown to central location of town. Great backyard for entertaining or just to let the pups run around. Great value instead of renting a hotel room. Perfect place for our family to stay a day or two while our son was graduating from Brevard |

Loved this little mountain cabin under the trees! And it is completely under the trees, there is no direct sunshine. Only point of caution is that the stairs to the main floor are steep and slick, I almost slipped myself. For my 15 year old dog, this was a total no-go. Fortunately she only weighs 20lbs so I carried her up and down the stairs each time like her own personal escalator |

The property is in Brevard City limits near College Walk which is an independent living community of older folks. The neighborhood has many older homes which hav been or are being renovated. Your neighbors are friendly and pleasant. |

We loved it here. It was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was great. The only thing I would suggest is new mattresses on both twin beds. I did not sleep well at all because the first one felt like I was sleeping on the side of a hill. So I switched to the other twin and I could feel the metal springs in it. I tossed and turned all night both nights. Ugh. My friend said her master bed was comfy though. Everything else was nice. |

Nous avons choisi ce petit mignon petit chalet car il était près des pistes de vélo de montagne, le but de notre voyage. Nous y sommes resté une semaine. Bien équipé et situé dans la forêt avec plein d'oiseaux. Je le recommande à tous les amoureux de plein air. La seule petite note négative est que le chien du voisin d'à côté jappait et hurlait après nous. Il a fini par s'habituer à notre présence après quelques jours. |

A perfect little cabin! We loved everything about it... great view, secluded, at the end of a lane, up on the side of a mountain. So clean and just the right size for a mountain getaway. The hot tub is a great touch, too. We plan to come back, for sure! |

My husband and I stayed here for a night and enjoyed our stay. The front porch was our favorite part because it was so peaceful drinking coffee and listening to the wildlife! The cabin was very clean and cozy. You do have to do some additional steps for cleaning before you check out but we didn’t mind! |
