We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything is as described in the listing. The location is very private. There is one home up on the hill but it was always quiet and we didn’t even see the neighbor until the last day. The creek is so peaceful and the hot tub is an amazing benefit at this price point! The cottage is not big but felt like a perfect size for our family of 4. The location between DuPont and Pisgah forest was perfect. We would love to stay again. |

Such a lovely peaceful little cottage. I loved the place and felt very much at home while away from mine, and I so enjoyed that wonderful hot tub! Conveniently located close to Pisgah forest and DuPont for great hiking/mountain biking. |

Amazing price & amazing location. We stayed for 3 days and went on numerous trails nearby (hiked all over DuPont, stopped by looking glass falls & went up to Jump off rock). It is about a 20 minute drive to any restaurant but that wasn’t a problem for us - we live driving around. Clean. Cozy. Affordable. Would stay with this host again. |

Beautiful private hunters lodge themed cabin. Cozy living space with fireplace. Perfect for couples or small families. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the secluded scenery and unwinding from everyday hussle and bussle. Cabin itself is very clean and had all necessities I needed for our time spent. The driveway is at an incline that may be tricky if snowy but we didn't run into that during our stay. We plan on returning in the future. We even saw an albino squirrel while there! |

We have come back to this Mountain Hideaway 3 times now. Great for our Labrador Retriever. Close to great hiking and beautiful views (falls) at Dupont State Park and Pisgah National Forest! |

We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring the Pisgah forest. From having all the amenities, to the sounds of the creek nearby, 3 covered porches including a hot tub for rainy day relaxation. We will be coming back again with the kids ! |

I really loved it at wild rock. It was very peaceful and i loved the view.. didn't get to use the fireplace... but other than that i will be back!! I loved how clean it was and the homely environment a romantic getaway for two |

The cabin is very homey. Everything was as described in the listing.We loved the decor. We loved the stream and small waterfall right off the deck. The covered hot tub was very nice, we were able to enjoy it even during the rain. We loved the small fenced in area that our dogs could play in and the gated entry also kept them on the porch. We have used VBRO homes many times but this is the first one we will rebook for another stay. |

We very much enjoyed our stay. David had every thing we needed and it wasn’t too far from stores. I was glad to see that there were not cameras all over outside. I understand that people have cameras at their air bnbs for their own security but it still usually makes me feel a little uncomfortable, especially if they have more than one at the door. It was much more relaxing to feel like I had privacy during my stay. My only complaint was the 10am check out time that came along with a kind of long list of things to do. I wish I would have looked at the list before the morning of checkout, but I wanted to enjoy my vacation. I was a little overwhelmed with the request to unmake and remake the beds(we couldn’t find the clean sheets), wash and put away all dishes, and start towels all before 10. Other places I’ve stayed just request stripped beds, take trash out, start the dishwasher, and be out by 11. A small complaint for such a great place to stay. We do recommend &hope to be back again |

This cottage is as described. Very nice inside and out. I had hoped that there would have been basic cable. After hiking a good portion of the day I like to relax and watch sports. The lack of basic cable made this a less than perfect stay. David was kind enough to add the Fox Sports App so that I could watch the Super Bowl , however my last request for NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX went unanswered. My opinion is that if you are not offering any premium cable then at least offer basic cable. |

We loved our stay at Babbling Brook! It was peaceful and in a beautiful location. The proximity to DuPont State Forest is great and we so enjoyed curling up by the fire after a morning of hiking!
