Great location if you want to visit DuPont or Mr Pisgah. The cabin is perfect for one couple, would be ok for a small family or group. The hot tub on the porch was private & just what we needed after a day of hiking! Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy. |

My Fiance' and I wanted to get away and just relax, and this was the Place! Beautiful area, close to Brevard, Hendersonville, Dupont Forest and Pisgah Forest. Cabin was private, quiet neighborhood, clean and the owners thought of everything that you might need for your stay. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Oh and we can't forget the Hot Tub relaxed in it every night ...yes even in the 30 degree weather! Loved it and we will be back!! |

Our second stay there. We will be back for a third in the spring. Your right in the middle travel wise from DuPont and pisgah. About 8 ish miles for all your hiking or biking. Nothing fancy just a nice little cabin with everything you’d need for a vacation. Especially the hot tub and fenced in area for the puppers |

Had a nice stay at this property. It was very conveniently located, close to pisgah and DuPont state park. It was lovely sitting on the porch next to the creek. The house was very clean. I was unaware of the check out requirements to avoid an additional cleaning fee (change sheets, start laundry, etc.). It felt like Sunday morning at home instead of being on vacation. |

This cottage was exactly as described! Very quaint and perfect. Very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels and paper products. We left the sliding glass door opened slightly at night from the master bedroom so we could hear the “Brook babble”! Very relaxing! We hope to return in the future! |

The cabin is in a great location and makes you feel very secluded. The space was nice and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. The hosts were very accommodating and also responded quickly to questions. Please be aware that they do have a 5 step cleaning policy which they advertise as $50 cheaper, so $75 instead of $125. The details of the policy are not clear on the listing unless you look under the link in the house rules. The rules include changing bed sheets (taking off used and putting on new ones and making the bed), placing towels in the laundry, cleaning all dishes and putting them away before leaving and taking the trash out to the garage bin outside. |

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is well laid out. It's very clean. The gas fireplace as well as the hot tub are great features. The TV is nice, 55 inches. We really liked having DuPont Forest and Pisgah Forest close by. We would highly recommend this Airbnb! |

We enjoyed the property and the location. More consistent heating downstairs would be an improvement. The oven on the range doesn’t work; we used the vintage wall oven. We did not use the hot tub, but definitely would have if we had one additional day. |

Wonderful place to stay! Great amenities for the dogs-big backyard, doggie door, bowls, and balls to play fetch. Back deck has speakers for a fun outdoor hang out. Super clean and close to everything. Looking forward to a return visit. |

We still felt that we were in a more secluded spot, however, so convenient to Brevard/Hendersonville and the lovely parks to hike! The cabin was laid out perfectly. Great porches, very accommodating for our dog and the hot tub was a plus. The babbling brook behind the house was our favorite and we are looking forward to future stays in this wonderful cabin! |

My wife and I (along with our four dogs) very much enjoyed our 5-day stay at Falling Water! We found it to be spotless upon arrival and as a personal note, probably the cleanest property I've ever stayed in, rental or otherwise! We really liked the cozy ambience which featured black bear decorations. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and Roku were all appreciated! The wide back porch, overlooking the beautiful creek/waterfalls, was a subject of frequent visits at all hours, and in fact, we left our bedroom window open at night so we could fall asleep to the sounds below. As for location, we were no more than a 15-30 minute drive from both the Dupont State Forest and Jump Off Rock, and the same for Etowah, Brevard and Hendersonville. We would definitely choose Falling Water again, or one of the owners' other properties! |

Only suggestions we would make: 1. Add more forks and knives. 2. Finish privacy lattice around hot tub area. |

My husband and I were in town for a few days to attend a family funeral. We don't like staying in hotels so we found this property. It's right in the foothills of the mountain and has WONDERFUL views of the surrounding mountains. The house is very spacious for a family or a group of friends. We didn't have time to utilize the hot tub on the back porch but we wish we did. If we are back in the area again we would definitely book this property again. |
