This is a cute, charming house that is close to downtown Brevard and hiking trails. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the stream at night. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! |

The house was just as advertised and had a nice backyard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the outside deck was great for the beautiful weather we had. Close to central Brevard and hiking. Would stay again. |

This was the perfect little getaway for spring break. We loved the cottage, hot tub and especially the small waterfall and creek behind the cottage. We had a blast climbing up the stream to the top of the waterfall. We were also within 15-30 minutes of waterfalls, sliding rock, Pretty Place Chapel and The Blue ridge Pkwy! |

Just as described, we felt right at home: sat on the side porch and read in the sun, grilled, watched the dog play in the yard, kids explored the creek, ate out on the back porch while listening to the babbling brook, had hot tub dips, watched shows together on the tv at night...it was perfect. My whole family loved it (we brought our dog and kids 14/12)! Thank you so much. |

Our stay at this home was exceptional, with a seamless check-in and check-out process. The home's cleanliness was excellent and provided basic necessities. The host was highly responsive and provided us with all necessary information to ensure a comfortable stay. The home's description was accurate, offering a peaceful retreat for our anniversary. We appreciated the provided binders containing instructions and recommendations. The home felt like our own, with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The location was ideal, with Brevard and DuPont National Forest nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the hot tub and gas fireplace were a lovely touch. The fenced yard was an added bonus, allowing our dog to roam safely. |

My boyfriend and his parents stayed here for a trail run we had in town. We all thought the protest was exactly as it shows online. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. Very close to the town and would definitely recommend. Will stay here again when coming back to town! Only thing we would mention, was that outside by the fenced in portion, there’s no lights (like a flood light) so taking the dog out to the bathroom at night we used our phone flash light. Could be beneficial to add in a small outdoor light if possible. Really enjoyed our stay! |

David's place was lovely. The brook nearby was a relaxing sound. The hot tub was clean and a lot of fun. The inside had everything we could need and was spacious. We loved the various porches/decks. The drive was easy and parking was convenient. We would definitely stay here again for another weekend getaway. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Pisgah Shadows Cottage. Everything was as described and better. The neighborhood was quiet and close to DuPont State Park & other parks. The fenced in area was great for our dog. We would stay again when we visit the area. |

The location couldn’t have been better, everything was in a 1-3 mile radius. The yard was definitely a huge plus. It’s a cute little place, perfect for a short getaway, it has a fully equipped kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and there was a carport. The carpets inside could use some shampooing though. |

It’s easy to find if you read the info provided. I took my 1 dog to scope the place out and discovered that it would be an awesome place for him and a friend or two to visit again in the future. As mentioned, no fences so keep that in mind. There’s a beach, trails and open areas! ???????? |

We loved our stay at this adorable mountain cottage! We came to hike and see the waterfalls that Brevard is known for. The cottage was perfect for our family of 5 … plenty of space, three outdoor areas to enjoy the quiet woods and babbling brook right next to the cottage. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and sitting on the porch to sip coffee in the mornings. Very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of extra towels and towels for the hot tub as well. Laundry conveniently located. Comfy beds and pillows and everything we needed.Locally, we had a great meal and drinks at Ecusta Brewery (less than 20 min away) and had beautiful hikes to the Pisagah National Forest and DuPont State Recreational Forest. Highlights were: Looking Glass Falls, Triple Falls, Hooker Falls, High Falls, and Moore Cove Falls. Brevard has a lovely downtown and we enjoyed the pizza at Big Mike’s and sweet treats and coffee at the Bracken Mountain Bakery. We highly recommend this cottage and a visit to this beautiful part of the Blue Ridge Mountain range! |

We had a great time! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The kids got in the hot tub every day we were there. They enjoyed jumping on the rocks in the creek to the side of the house. Everything was neat and tidy. It stayed a perfect temperature inside too. Amazing location! 20 min from downtown Brevard and pisgah forest. We drove through blue ridge and got to see some waterfalls. Would totaly do it all over again. Hosts were quick at answering all questions we had. Thank you so much for a great vacation for our family. |

Close proximity to Brevard, Hendersonville, and DuPont trails make this a perfect home base for day-to-day activities! Will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in the area! |

My husband and I stayed last fall, came back this spring with our 2 college guys for Spring Break. Enjoyed being able to have our furry friends with us and the convenience of the fenced yard. Loved the hot tub after long days of mountain hiking and exploring. Upon arrival, the cabin had no power due to a storm that came through the area earlier that day but it came back on the next day thankfully. David communicated well through this process! After the first day, the cabin lived up to expectations. It was in a secluded area but close enough to town, hiking trails, and the state park. it was great place to kick back after hiking all day and the hot tub was an added bonus and the sound of the creek made it even better. |
