It is in a great location - 15 min to lots of great hiking, 20 min or so to Brevard (nice little town with good food and some nice little shops) & 45 min to Asheville. We did a lot of great hiking while we were there. The deck is amazing, with the sounds of a stream constantly flowing below. The solid fencing and gates helped us feel very secure with our dogs (parents with small children would likely feel the same.) The fenced yard is very small, but served it's purpose. We really appreciated that, aside from the few steps down from the parking space, the house and yard were all one level. We have a geriatric dog with mobility issues, so that really was a bonus for us. The only downside was the couch and loveseat were not comfortable. We actually bought some comfortable camping chairs on the trip and brought them inside for tv time at night. The bed was comfortable though. Owner was very responsive to the emails we sent. Over all is a was a great stay. |

The stay was great. Everything we needed. I also appreciated the set up/decor level. We aspire at home a minimalist lifestyle and I appreciated the openness of the house. Enough decor to make it cozy but not like some rentals where it's just way too much. With that appreciated there was plenty of open drawer space for what little belongings we had. Thanks again. Definitely would not mind staying again. |

This was a great place to stay and the location was perfect if you want to spend time exploring DuPont and Pisgah. We had our dogs with us and loved having the little fenced in yard and gated back porch. The only issue we had was the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned, but the host responded lightning fast and had it cleaned and ready to go before we got back later that day. We’d definitely recommend this place and would rent it again next time we’re in the area! |

This home is just what we needed for relaxation with its covered porch overlooking a mountain stream. The sound of the stream is very calming. When we wanted to sit inside and hear the stream, we just opened the window. The large screen TV and internet was all great. Brevard is very close and is a wonderful town to explore. This was our second trip to this place and we will return for a third. |

We’ve already booked a return visit but to mountain shadow since falling waters was booked :( Really enjoyed Oskar Blues brewery and taking a scenic drive to lake jocassee. Would highly recommend this property. |

Nice rental, just as described and very clean. It was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay and the hot tub was a bonus. Had a little trouble getting into the house for check in but host was very responsive and it was resolved in no time. We would definitely stay here again. |

Clean cozy home nestled among trees was a perfect getaway for quiet & peace. Great location to hiking at national forests, perfect for a day trip to Asheville. Everything was provided by owners, bring a toothbrush & you’re set. Rough kitchen for cooking, small with not much counter space. But fine unless you need to cook a gourmet meal. |

Wow! I have been in a lot of air b&b’s this one is by far my favorite!!!! If you are looking for a nice relaxing time in the mountains this is your place!!! The creek and the wrap around porch can heal anyone’s soul. If you are looking for something relaxing to do around the area I also highly recommend shoji spa. |

We were looking for a pet friendly cottage near Jeter Mountain. We had family staying there and this turned out to be perfect! Loved the cabin, babbling brook and everything. Our 2 1/2 year old Goldendoodle loved it too. Will say, I don't think the pictures really do it justice. Was much more spacious than it seemed on line. Everything was very nice and spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen as well. Loved our stay and definitely plan on returning! Thank you for your hospitality. |

When we go to the mountains, we want to get INto the forest. This house does just that. The way it is situated on the forested mountain side; it feels like you are living in a treehouse. When you sit on the deck outside, you are in the trees about midway from base to treetop. We enjoyed the foosball game table and the hot tub. We don’t know much about smart TVs; so had a little confusion with that…but enjoyed Netflix and live TV on the big screen TV set. We will definitely hope to stay at this property again. Very restful! |

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the cottage. We spent our 1 full day in the Pisgah Forest, sightseeing waterfalls and hiking. The location was close to the very nice friendly town of Brevard, which we also enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us! |

The cabin was terrific and just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. From the sunset across the valley to the hot tub in the front. We made a short drive to hiking trails at DuPont as well as dinner in Brevard. I didn't have a need to contact the owner because everything was great. |

My family and I loved our time at the Falling Water Cabin! The cabin is right by a stream, so nice to sit outside listening to the water. The hot tub is wonderful after a day of hiking. The house had everything we needed. It was only a few minutes drive into Brevard and to get to Pisgah. We would definitely stay here again! |

This little cabin is perfect for a couple of small families (I don't think I would have wanted to put multiple adults in there because of the size). It feels so so so so private and secluded. From the deck and windows you just see trees and hillside. And when you are in the hot tub it is especially nice feeling that sense of seclusion. The cabin has everything you need, is easy to find, and has a little dog run of fenced-in area for the pups. For a rest and recharge it is everything I wanted it to be. |

This property was central to alot of things. An abundance of water falls to see, the Pretty Place, Ashville. We went to Sierra Nevada. What a beautiful location. Hendersonville is close if you need supplies. We also visited Castle Rock. I would highly recommend this VRBO. |

We truly enjoyed staying at the cabin. It had everything we needed. The upstairs porch was great for sitting outside and having breakfast and dinner. Our dog loved sitting out there and just watching squirrels. The area is very quiet, even with houses close by. The location is perfect for going to Brevard, DuPont and Hendersonville. The hot tub was an added plus as were the board games and puzzles. The brook next to the house was nice to listen to as well. |

Babbling Brook is a wonderful mountain cabin in a beautiful, easy to get to setting. The layout is nice and having 2 bathrooms was a luxury in a cabin this size. The porches were all great with different views in 3 directions. Hopefully we will be able to return for another stay soon. |

Had a great stay and break from city life. The house is worn but comfortable enough so I didn't need to worry about ruining fussy, unnecesary stuff. A little musty but able to open the windows and doors and bring the outside in. Loved the upstairs deck. A good place for a family with teens and for a single person with dogs. The dogs enjoyed their walks around the neighborhood. Close to great shopping and artwork! |
