The cabin was very cute—had everything we needed, was very clean, and the running brook made it very relaxing and peaceful. It was semi-private as another cabin’s deck overlooked the driveway and porch from a distance, but the neighbors were quiet for the short time they were there. It was centrally located to the Pisgah National Forest, Gorges State Park and Dupont State Forest as well as the very cute town of Brevard. Beds were very comfortable—lots of fluffy pillows—and the shower was roomy and full of hot water. The kitchen was well appointed. The host was very responsive. It was great that I could bring my furry friends with me!! I would definitely stay here again. |

Wild Rock was a great getaway for my family and I. It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. David was very responsive when I had questions. The cabin clean and a good size for us. The only suggestion I have is the kitchen appliance needs updating as it was time consuming cooking for a family of 4 with only 1 working pot (the other pots were very well used). Another suggestion would be to have more outside seating as the view from the cabin was beautiful. On Monday and Tuesday during our stay, we did have lots of noise during the day from the new house being built right below. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The cabin was perfect for us, and there was a lot to do in Brevard. We will be back :) |

Beautiful peaceful cabin with wonderful wraparound decks overlooking waterfalls and creek. Awesome place for our dogs with gates and fenced area. Paved parking off the street. Cozy comfortable setting. |

Kind of in the middle of no where, which was fine with me. 10 minutes to two different towns with lots of shopping or food options. House was clean. My only suggestion would be to bring g a 3 prong to 2 prong plug converter as some of the outlets are only 2 prong. Minor issue really. Great stay |

We stayed there for one night and it was wonderful! The whole house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. It was small but a perfect size for four adults and one toddler. We loved the porch, view and distance from the cities. |

We had a great stay at Wild Rock Cottage. We especially enjoyed the serenity, hottub, and view. Our kids enjoyed exploring and playing around the cottage and my husband found a perfect tree for his hammock. The stars from the hottub at night were beautiful. Coffee with a view from the porch was a perfect way to start the day. Waterfall hikes, downtown Brevard, Pisgah, Andy's Cove at the Ranger Station, Cedar Creek Cafe were all close.The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars were the cleaning requirements. I can understand doing the dishes but not changing the sheets on the beds. I also do not like the thought of the guests before me being the ones who cleaned and changed the sheets. |

Phenomenal stay! The proximity to Hendersonville and Brevard was very convenient. The location was ideal for our interests, biking and hiking. I can't say enough about the quality of the cabin. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed! Definitely planning a return visit. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a definite bonus! I didn’t want to get out!! Only a 15 minute drive into town. The nearby waterfalls were very beautiful and easy hikes. |

My friend and I stayed for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and the cabin was absolutely perfect! Great location and the setting was so relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and most of all the hot tub while we listened to the babbling creek. The cabin was clean and well stocked with easy check in and out procedures. They even had some puzzles in the closet that we had a blast putting together. Would absolutely recommend the cabin to anyone thinking of booking. You will not be disappointed! |

It was absolutely the perfect place for a peaceful getaway! The cottage is just adorable and we felt so at home while staying there. It was easy to find and while it was a little ways away from bigger shopping stores, it was so quick to get to so many different activities. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back in the future! |

What we loved- Pastoral setting - private & quiet, plus the sound of the stream flowing next to the cabin.- Photos don’t do it justice - it’s bigger than it looked in photos - The kitchen is fully equipped & stocked with cooking implements including oven, range, pots & pans - Pet-friendly, our dog loved hanging out on the deck. Even had water bowls.What we didn’t love- Beds seem old. Spring mattresses that creak, especially the queen bed downstairs - Hot tub is also old but it works - Towels are old & threadbare - we actually used our own towels that we brought - Pillowcases are scratchy from so many washings, feel cheap. - Washing our own dishes by hand (no dishwasher) - consider bringing disposables if you’re planning many meals.Notes- Used to be managed by other owners who had more rules, like signing the hot tub policy - this is still here but you don’t need to sign it- Plenty of space for our dog to potty- If the price seems right to you, go ahead and book it! |

So perfect for my reactive dog and he gets access to the river. There’s something so wonderful about watching him explore without any triggers. We use a 30 ft leash since it’s not fenced in and it works perfectly. Thankful for this space |

Pros: location, hot tub was clean, fairly well stocked kitchen, mostly private hot tub area cons: ANTS (oh my god so many ants) , uncomfortable beds, cleaning demands at the end of stay were a little ridiculous when we already paid a cleaning fee |
