A well needed getaway for my son and I and from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We planned this trip to play golf and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The cabin was awesome and perfect for us, it had all we needed and more, the hot tub was a great experience after a day of golf and exploring the area. We definitely recommend and would love to return. |

This cabin was the perfect getaway! I was a little surprised at how near it was to other cabins, but the cabins are perfectly positioned for privacy and beautiful scenic views. My stay was very quiet and secluded! The cabin was very clean and in a beautiful setting. There are 3 porches (!!) where you can sit and listen to the babbling brook or have a soak in the hot tub. Inside, I found everything I needed to cook or relax. A wonderful space! |

Second time staying at one of David’s cabins and we enjoyed it yet again. Clean, peaceful surroundings. Sound of the creek was lovely, glass of wine from local vineyards in the hot tub, loved the lights around the deck, great fenced area for our dog. Overall great experience! We hope to return next year! |

My husband and I and our dogs stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! We loved the hot tub and fenced yard. It was very cold this weekend and the heating worked wonderfully! The views are beautiful and we were able to relax and unwind. We hope to visit again in the future! |

Very nice house, well presented. I do think the cleaning fee of $125 was a little steep considering how much was required of us to clean up. Not that I have an issue with cleaning but if I’m having to spend that much on a cleaning fee I’d expect to have to do less. Hot tub was absolutely awesome, had a very relaxing night. |

Our stay at wild rock cottage was everything we hoped it would be. Everything to include the hot tub was very clean. The fireplace was much needed since temperatures got down to single digits. Highly recommend! |

Very nice cabin close to hiking trails, waterfalls, and many other outdoor activities. Brevard and Hendersonville are nearby for shopping and dining as well. Great host. Second time staying in this area with this host. |

Pros: washer/dryer, comfortable beds, ample closet & drawer space, smart TVs, quiet & peaceful, great sized front patio to watch rain, felt safe, privacy respected, was convenient, two good sized bedrooms, toiletries provided. It was a nice house but the location was a little sketchy. Be prepared to do some of the cleaning— or be charged another $50. I was a little frustrated bc that should have been told to us before we arrived at the house. I understand the turn around time needs to be quick but we shouldn’t have had to change the sheets, start a load of laundry and take out all the trash before we left. |

This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4 (2 month old and 2 yr old). We loved playing in the big bath tub, appreciated the kitchen supplies including coffee available, and loved having a washer/dryer accessible. Nearby DuPont forest where we hiked and appreciated the waterfalls. Looking forward to staying again. |

Mr. David is very responsive in a timely manner, very relaxing warm and welcoming environment it was in the 30s upon arrival had the heat on for us so home wasn’t cold enjoyed our stay will definitely be visited again in the future. |

Enjoyed our stay, around 20 min drive to Hendersonville 40 to Asheville plenty close to brewery’s Oskar blues is maybe 10 min great beers and food truck. The cabin was clean and very peaceful, hearing the creek every time you walk out is amazing. |

A great place to call home for a few days of adventuring around Brevard. I never spend much time at my rentals, but it was a cozy spot to curl up on the couch with dinner and a movie after a full day in the mountains. Location is close to downtown, restaurants, and breweries. Backyard was great for my pup. Just note the back deck gets slick on those frosty mornings! |

Our dogs loved it! There’s wooded areas and open areas with lots of trees and grass. We saw birds, and no other wildlife. Also, it’s worth mentioning that we got a little muddy and the dogs too as it recently rained. It wasn’t a problem for us, but I would bring a towel if it’s recently rained. Our dogs had a great time and we will definitely be back! |

We throughly enjoyed the cabin. The cabin is equipped with everything one needs for a lovely weekend or week away. The gas fireplace adds ambience and warmth. The hot tub was exactly what the door ordered as a way to unwind. We were very happy at the cabin. I definitely recommend it for a trip to the Asheville area. |
